There are a lot of problems with the top level of the government. It can trickle down with the effects that they can have on the economy because there are a large part of the population that base their prices on that. So to answer your question, Biden has a big effect on what is happening because there are many aspects of the economy that he is responsble for. I know that there are people who will not talk about that but it has to be said that there are issues within the new government which is tough to see.
