I worked on a station many years ago and I used to chunder in rough weather until a mate took me up in rough stuff and really enjoyed my agony..........after 3 hours of it I suddenly thought "why not sit back and enjoy this", which I did, and ever since I have never been sea or air sick.
So you need to go up on a really rough day and chunder your heart out...........good luck and take lots of bags.
