This project now is about execution. They have the capital, they have extra cash, they have trained the local work force (no mean feat), they have customers wanting more, they have government backing and increased interest, they have the RECOVERIES, they have a drilling program to keep extending the resource.
Can they produce the tonnage? It has started slowly, but they are continuing to learn and increase the output. Need to remember, not many western tungsten mines exist so there isn't a lot of expertise around. Its not bought from a shelf. In fact, others are asking EQR for technical advice.
