I have heard that Jay is calling the shots re announcements which is fair enough. I have a sneeky feeling he is hanging the current directors out to dry. Not giving any real positive announcements before the AGM means the directors will face the full rath of shareholders for problems over the last 12 months either real or perceived.
He can than take all credit for any subsequent upswing.
