Below are the posted goals for the 2023 calendar year, these timelines have been fairly accurate to date and the Phase 3 trial results are to be released in September. The only curve ball is the AAT process and what the next step is. I am cognizant that the details in this process are confidential due to the SP sensitivity. At some point during this process, if both parties cannot agree due to mediation breakdown then the next course of action is court proceedings. I am now wondering if the AAT will be worth pursuing if the Phase 3 are positive............PM?
