With or without partnering, I would expect that there would be a share placement for capital raising as they would have to ramp up from development status to operational, distribution and marketing and they will need a war chest for this, especially with the other 8 products been worked on through R&D in the background. Based on market sentiment and Nasodine development and approval process finalizing, there would surely be an upward movement in the SP. Let use 50c for a line in the sand, then any raising process would be discounted to SP at circa 20% (40c). So any dilution based on shares placed to current share in distribution (100% = 300,000,000 ??) would just dilute the SP to circa 32.5c

This is only my opinion and is in no way advice. I just see no other option for them other than a share placement
