    After consolidation, property stocks (such as CQR, CQO, SGT and so on)SP usually went up after settling down situation.

    FKP's case I bet 50:50 odds because it has previous and current SP manipulation by bots(algo).

    It may be start of turning point along with property market improving. But hard to predict for this stock, imo
    as uptrend broken again by nature or intentional...
