Unfortunately HDY shareholders will never see any money again. The Company's last 1/4ly clearly shows it is burning cash and now has zero capacity to raise funds. The Board is a laughing stock and clearly at best inept, and criminal at worst.
Keep in mind EverBlu sold $1.1-million worth of HDY stock in the preceding days before the ASX suspended the Company. The ASX have said they can't unscramble that egg. You really think they (EverBlu) care now what happens to the Company? Of course they don't - got the shares for free sold 7-figures worth and now move on.
I'd bet they'll be trying to protect their potions in other listed entities such as VIC rather than focus on the one the ASX has cut loose.
GLTAH though - for those stuck in this I'd consider a class action against the Board.
Unfortunately HDY shareholders will never see any money again....
