Whilst PACT group is not paying dividends, RG is missing out 1000's multiples more than small holders in dividends.
At some time in the future I would expect RG will want a return on his capital (otherwise whats the point of spending money buying up shares) in the form of dividends or selling shares.
IMHO, RG's intention has been to own 100% so I would expect another offer at some time but would be happy to hold and start getting dividends.
Don't need the money and happy to hold forever.
