1 - Wait for the BB to occur. 2 - Sell privately, the only way I think would be to contact PGH (Company) or the share registry and ask them if they would allow private transfers (via a share transfer form) from one holder to an existing holder or private buyer. If the share registry is used then you would use the same share transfer form (available online), but you would need to find out from them if there are any interested buyers at that time. The form Records - Your details as a seller - The buyers details - The number of shares to be sold - Agreed sale price between 2 parties. Payment would be via bank transfers. - Signatures of both parties I don't think a broker is required in this situation, but it's up to the seller to find the buyer, the registry won't do it but will tell you if there are any interested sellers.
Please take this as a guide on what is required, obviously if you go into the delisting it should be with the intentions of holding out until the puppet master decides to pull the trigger.
