The form Records
- Your details as a seller
- The buyers details
- The number of shares to be sold
- Agreed sale price between 2 parties. Payment would be via bank transfers.
- Signatures of both parties
I don't think a broker is required in this situation, but it's up to the seller to find the buyer, the registry won't do it but will tell you if there are any interested sellers.

Please take this as a guide on what is required, obviously if you go into the delisting it should be with the intentions of holding out until the puppet master decides to pull the trigger.

If any one else can update or correct any of my post it would be most welcome.

I did a bit of research into this by looking at other companies that have gone down this path. If I am not mistaken part of the delisting process the ASX may put a condition on PACT to establish a process to allow for the sale and transfer of shares going forward. This may be more true because there are actually a lot of shareholders still in PACT.
