I did a bit of research into this by looking at other companies that have gone down this path. If I am not mistaken part of the delisting process the ASX may put a condition on PACT to establish a process to allow for the sale and transfer of shares going forward. This may be more true because there are actually a lot of shareholders still in PACT.
