Well, I only bought in moments before the trading halt, thinking the whole thing was beaten to a pulp. Prior to that I never really liked the gearing, and REITs were on the nose, of course. And before Stockland took a position, and before the bosses got shot, I wasn't particularly positive on management either, so not a lot to love IMO. Then they disposed of the corpses in charge and left the ship rudderless. I guess Stockland might inject some skill, but on the whole I was after a quick turn around, which now I've got. More riskless fish in other parts of the ocean, so I'm after a painless exit now.
