Thanks Jantimot, the thread was being invaded by the tired insult brigade.
We are back on track with that example.
At least they sorted themselves out. And live to fight another day.
Its sad because many just didnt see through the spruiking or didnt have the experience to identify the best possible property to utilise.
These will be the properties that become good investments when the numbers match up. But those people who must sell will be paying for it. So they paid on the way up and on the way down.
But the collateral damage to the economy will be severe if this continues.
