I work with a few people that own IP's on the back of advice...

I work with a few people that own IP's on the back of advice given by the spruik brigade.

They are now stuck in a very tight wedge.

They want to free up some money to either invest in a different market or start a family.

The issue is that they refuse to sell in this market! How can they accept a loss when they were sold 7% growth, but bought a 12% dead weight.

To give them credit they don't ask for an apology, but we all know they deserve one from these dirty property spruiks.
