I just had a thought as to why the SP has been "managed" down by Roger and others. There will be a vote coming up on separation of the two parts into retirement and non retirement. Maybe some interested parties worry small shareholders will vote against it if it is not compelling. Hence pay Roger and ensure that it looks compelling.
GBG has also been Rogered- and there is a vote coming up as to whether Ansteel gets stock from the recent placement at 25.5c. A friend has suggested that if the SP moves too high - shareholders might vote against it.
Interesting thoughts on motives anyway. There has to be some reason somebody is paying for the SP to decline. (Unless Roger is a charity).
