From time to time I have came across fkp assets in Victoria . They are premium assets compared to competition in similar surrounds . Saltwater is a very well planned estate girt by sea and parks . Phillip island is similar , and inner city Camberwell is good to . Can,t speak for interstate because I have not seen them . Indication to me by what I have seen is that this is a well managed and organized company . Mind boggling that there is no buyers to catch the bots .
