I picked up some at 24.5 also only to see the buy side disappear. Seems like a safe purchase when nta .58 so what are we missing. Is it still the overhang from issue at .20? Residential seems to have a fair percentage pre sold and there are plans to improve residential profitabilty and maybe a demerger or similar in the pipeline. If they maintain divy on equivalent basis its a good return or i wouldnt mind if they reduce or stop to further deleverage and instead increase nta. Are we missing something?
