Botkiller - I have some data that also shows that at the close of the auction, only 2 ords were bought by anybody with an pre-existing bid at 24c.
Before the auction the oldest bid at 24c was placed on 6th Sep at 14:05:01 - 40,716 ords bid. After the auction this bidder was 6th Sep at 14:05:01 - 40,714 ords bid. So only 2 ords sold in the auction. (they started the day at 41,666 ords - some were bought mid afternoon).
So that extra 2 ords seems to have cost half a cent for a lot of transactions. I wonder if the 10m shares sold at 24c cents are a direct result of those two extra share sell orders. That is a cost difference of $50k.
I don't think ASIC cares as they appear to have been captured by vested interests. So good luck.
