IMHO I think FKP is getting set up to be taken over.First reduce the NTA from $1.22 to $o.90 then a CR.Walk the selling price down slowly.
Mulpha and Stockland doing a deal.Followed by bid from one of the major holders what will be called a generous offer based on a low SP of say $0.22.
Have seen it all before.
