Some one must have some idea of flow rates. If they do and it equates to large reserve say 300m they will be able to borrow against it to say %50 that will give them 150m.
Harder to get traditional funding with out a bankable feasability study which would have to include flow rate data...
Some one bought 50k/s at market?
