Hi peace, to avoid misunderstanding, I have retyped some words to clarify:

Big kev is human and it should be understandable he wants FMS to be made. He works hard and had performed very good. He has to make decision and thousands of people, like you, work extremely hard to find what wrong with him.

He could make a lot of errors but if IO is in the ground, these errors are nothing and at least tolerable. If you could not tolerate others' mistakes, you could not get anything from others. Who works for you, a extremely tough and perfect people? You scare me!
