What we know so far of the Mueller special investigation is devastating - as the OP points out, over 200 charges, 38 indictments or pleas and 5 prison sentences. Trump's campaign is the dirtiest in US history and run by criminals with associations to foreign powers. A number of those criminals are now convicted and in prison.
Yet, weirdly, in the Trump alternate universe the DOJ leak that Mueller recommends no more charges is seen as evidence of Trump's innocence... What? How is that even logical?
If Mueller wanted to indict anyone else, he would have done so already. This does not tell us whether Mueller found that Trump committed a crime but could not be indicted because he is president. It also says nothing about the SDNY investigation. Trump's close family members may still be charged and jailed if found guilty.
