    If one cannot afford to make or refuses to make the next instalment, what are the consequences? I've read that you will lose your voting rights, distributions and debt collectors appointed.

    Does this mean that your holdings will be effectively immediately suspended following the instalment date i.e. will have no control and not be able to trade anymore??
