After Odin, Azunto?

If you look at what happened to Odin Energy today you would have to think that Azunto only needs to put out an announcement that it is acquiring a tech play and whooshka. Odin is a pretty dodgy outfit  with very little cash. More substance and cash with Azunto though how much more remains to be seen.
Assuming the six months period in which APY has to find a new activity before being suspended ends in January there is not a lot of time left for the company to make its move.  And you have to wonder how long the market will  continue to love tech stocks.
Tried to confirm six months expiry date with Hackett today but he  was not answering his phone and receptionist would not take a message. Did give me the email though [email protected] for those who might want to contact him.
