    That's an oxymoron right there. You can't be desperate and take 10 months to sell off. Especially after she was approached by instos to offer a block trade and who were all rebuffed by her.

    She wasn't desperate. BUT, she was desperate in the last 1-2 weeks when she was offloading on a daily basis en masse.
