In a report compiled for the Clean Energy Council, Ernst & Young details a variety of tax proposals that would benefit the clean technology sector. The paper has been submitted to the Henry review of taxation. There are concerns that current policies do not attract sufficient investment in the clean energy sector. The existing public grants system is disparaged for virtually allowing the Government to determine which companies thrive.
