My contacts tell me you are one of the very lucky ones. Towner doesn't bother with shareholders, anymore unless you accept his spin. If you've queried why things have been dont/not done in the past you wont even get the courtesy of a response of any sort. Fabulous, and they wonder why the market thinks this thing stinks.
