Towner lost the plot years ago. ARW a huge black cash hole, then a rising costs fiasco with 'partners' they had no control over etc etc, now a MASSIVE capital raising advertising the lack of reasonable capacity to reduce debt - and flimsy on details (some some debt reduction, but they won't even say how much, or don't they know?). And don't forget the share buybacks over the years - forking out more than $1 per share at one time...
