My understanding is that COP will takeover as operator on success.
As the tight hole is a CNE undertaking, I doubt it will exist on COP's watch.
IMHO - Tight hole policy = (code for) protect the smaller JV players in the lead up to proving up the resources to protect against a hostile and or early takeover.
