Great rundown Vintage, thank you very much for taking the time tp attened the AGM and fill those in who couldnt attened.

Shounds like the company is finally in good hands and management have a clear, simple plan forward.

It makes it alot easier when you have first class assets like NXS does that are worth multiples of the current market cap.

These guys will unliack value in CRUX for us shareholders in good time and personally i dont think we will have to wait that long.

What i =d like to see and what i think will happen.

Exercise 2% option to Shell for $75 million

Sell another 5% of CRUX for around $150-$200 million

This is enough to pay down ALL debt, have around $80-$100 million left in the bank, 10% interest in CRUX, longtom producing $15 million profit per year and ES.

If that happens we should be trading around the 30 cent+ mark easy.
