If I was GR - I would NOT announce anything to market until the last minute. I would wait as long as possible to extend the deal. I would perfect it, improve on it, market it, then hit the market with it. He's already done one roadshow, expect another in the coming week.
I would be VERY surprised to see anything befre the 30th.
