Not if the announcement is afterhours. The announcement regarding the extension in Feb was about 6pm on a Friday night, after a normal trading day. Monday then was a normal trading day.
Look at the ABS example last week, which I thought was a bit rich, but anyway. Made the obviously price sensitive announcement at 3.15pm with no TH.
