I agree imperial. There are still a wide range of investors in CNP. Some may believe in their mind that liquidation/administration is still a possibility, hence at the moment not willing to pay a premium until a verdict is out. In my mind there is absolutely no chance of this occurring on 30th April. Two factors: amount of unsecured debt, and secondly that GR has said the banks are working 'WITH' centro. Working 'with' IMO is a long term approach, not something you would quickly be trying to wrap up.
