My limited knowledge of bots is that they do not hold large short positions, in spite of the fact they drive the price down. If there is a turn in the market, they simply reverse and run with the trend, then return to what they were doing. They make their money both ways, winning 70% of their trades. I don't think they are going to have any fingers burnt if it goes to $16.00.
If history tells us anything; the people with the money make the rules to keep the money. You and I cannot trade in the same manner as the bots, but thats called keeping equity in the system I believe.
My question is, does the $2 million trade at the close of the day signal
(1) the bot is going to drive the price further down
(2) the bot is preparing to be a nett buyer
(3) it means nothing
(4) the sale it is not connected to a bot
I am going to take my pills now :)
