Yes another thread, but hopefully one with a more worthwhile topic than the bickering in the others.
@serena has been trying (through all the noise) to make light of something that concerns me very much - That the deal in all likelihood is going to pass soon (debate if it is or isn't somewhere else) but that there might still be considerable impact on how well we do depending on what the directors decide. Even @Kunleesp indicated he was on board for this a valid discussion - so here is what Serena posted in the other thread as a starting point:
We should focus on the contents of the deal instead of the announcement.
Let us guess the contents of the deal:
1. Purchase consideration?
2. agreed share price?
3. Number of shares to be issued as an exchange for purchase consideration
4. Projected profit after tax in 2017/2018
