Oi - don't mention the word 're-acquire' just yet, lol. We have to do some selling first and sit on our hands for a while; as well as adding value to the assets we've got.

We also have to streamline the model, make sure we keep our quality tenants, jack the rents up a little after excellent Christmas sales (lol), get the Management to say some nice things about how well we're travelling and how easy it's going to be to refinance & pay down our debt - I could go on ...!
