    Hi Folks

Having a look over announcements and research as I do I thought i'd focus on the Czechs and Uran and the relationship that has been developed over a 'relatively' long period of time.

    Back in March Uran received in writing that;

"Based on its 'long term interest' and the TECHNICAL and ECONOMIC REVIEWS carried out in 2006, Uran was considered 'THE FAVOURED PARTY' to 'PARTICIPATE' in FUTURE MINING"

Now we cant get much clearer than that. That categorically states Uran will be involved with the Czechs mining uranium....thats on any level from here on in that is developed further than the only mine in operation in the country at Rozna well down on maximum production.....in a uranium boom and a market shorfall of uranium.

Of course its Rozna Uran wants, and its Rozna that we should find out about...or at least a decision should be known about it, by June 30.

    3 weeks.

Will Uran get a piece of Rozna? Well logic says it will. The mine will be extended and mining will continue.
    Thats where Uran come in.

But just what does 'participation' actually mean?

That folks is the question. However the very announcement of a collaboration at Rozna will be a big company making/launching decision for Uran...whatever the terms of the agreement.
It will demonstrate it has 'arrived' as a 'player'

That dynamic will change the perception right across all of Urans present and future mining negotiations.

It will be a total shift from 'virtual/concept' company to a fully fledged producer...at the very least in a collaborative sense.

Add to the above that in Urans own words it "regularly meets with Diamo and the Ministry"

Theres a very real relationship here.

In fact, as much as I think Ukraine projects will go ahead and that those deals are in themselves monumental, Urans relationships in Ukraine are far more distant and unsure.
This is clearly demonstrated in the announcements as Uran often speaks in unclear/distant terms...almost third person disclosures.
In fact Urans announcements often appear this way across the board....particularly re CIS.

Its a tip toe approach imo.

Czech is far more certain and as demonstrated earlier this year probably the opposite with Uran, if anything, being a little too confident with its negotiations and consequently, its refused deal at Rozna.

So folks, just my view on things. Be ready for anything with the Czechs; a small interest in further Rozna exploration to a bigger interest or perhaps an invitation to revisit 'other' closed down operations...the most notable being Hamr.
We've seen with the recent exploration applications that Uran is highly thought of.....

Uran just need to make sure that they dont botch this up...like they did 'perhaps' earlier this year with the offer to partner Rozna.

Now is the time to look at Uran imo. We are closing in on at least 2 Czech developments within the next 7-8 weeks....at the latest...and they are the ones we 'know' about..or have been told about.

Imo the market has got Uran wrong, and thats not sour grapes, its just that putting a value on a company with nothing except 'negotiations' 'relationships' and 'exploration applications' means its hard to be taken seriously.
Add respected management with experience in the regions and its not hard to see that things should happen here.

    Undervalued? Misunderstood?

    Yes.

    Fair enough though......for now ;)
