A month ago mirvac's ceo said there was no need at all for a capital raising because they had completed the required financing's and now it's chk chk boom. The trigger has been pulled on $1.1 bil capital raising.
No wonder why Macquarie Bank has been going up lately. Investment banks are raking in the fees from corporate capital raisings. Plenty of moolah to be made from desperate cash strapped companies.
