Trading arbitrage will bring the Oz & US prices togther if they seperate too far (classic arbitrage trade of any financial instrument). Who leads who will depend on demand and supply - but remeber its is still only one pool of shares not two - dual listing doesn't mean theres more shares on issue just two jurisdications to trade in. Hope this isn't a suck eggs response.
