personally i think it is a ploy by the `sophisticated investors` to keep the price low so that any cap raising is at a low VWAP. Cheaper entry points - and then they'll let it run.
the seller certainly didn't have a shortage of scrip - and the buyer was keen on a positive finish.
ultimately a good thing for holders? :)
