"Why not just cap the share price and save the options.
Cant work out why someone would dump a truckload of oppies at face value and take no profit from the time premium. Any thoughts?"


The only reasons I could give is that they don't hold heads at the moment, so they're trying make holders nervous with the oppies.

OR.....could be a cap rasing soon as well, yes?? Maybe they are hoping to pick them up again a little cheaper later on.
