The Directors of Sky and Space Global Ltd request that the Company’s securities be placed in a voluntary trading halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement on the launch of the Company’s 3 Diamonds nano-satellites today from the Indian Space Research Organisation Facility.
The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 26 June 2017 or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.
