This is very interesting. The Children's investment fund cannot be the buyer because under the creep provisions they cannot acquire this sort of volume. 40 million shares is over 5 per cent but obviously it is not all from the one buyer. Since there have been no substantial shareholder notices or change in shareholder notices, this suggests someone has bought in but has decided to remain just under the 5 per cent disclosure threshold. Be interesting to see the volume over coming days.
