My target for our low has been July 2013 based on a 62 month alternate cycle from 1982 with the last high being May 2008.

Because that cycle is new (only since 1982), it won't last forever. It was related to the first leg up from July 1982 to Sep 1987 as per Gann's 30 year chart, but I do entertain the possibility of the Mar 2003 to Nov 2007 move as a measure.

That allows the possibility of a mid June 2012 low.

That would fit Gann's model.
