Hi wescott.

I am not being smart with this post, but you do not
understand how t/os work, I am responding to your post
9096209.

You do not seem to know how things work or operate in
the market on T/Os.

You state the company should give a resource update,
updates on field work or on other tenements.

You have got to understand the offer has been made, so
any of the above makes no difference, because the
Chinese offer is for everything ,money in the bank,
tenements, the works, so in other words, it makes no
difference.

I have mentioned to you before, about the t/o of
extract resources EXT, we were due for a resource
upgrade and it makes not one bit of difference, also
EXT had $52 Million in the bank, and the $8.65 was
for all of that as well.

So I really think you should sit back and have a think
about what your stating.

The only time it would make any difference is if they
the chinese pull out.

But the way I see it, if they do, SUNDANCE will be
stuck between a rock and a hard place, and I believe
if they were to pull out, the s/p will be in the low
teens, you must realise, s.d will not ever be able to
raise the capital to go it alone.

Please understand, I am just giving you the facts, one
other scenario may occur, a white knight, but it would
have to be on my reckoning BHP, RIO or Vale, but
that investment would be for the future, they would not
outlay the money for the infrastructure, at the moment.

One other thing I must say is a lot of people on here
are having ago at management, I would like them to try
and have ago, and if they did the chinese may get you
for a lot less, its a very hard world out there in the
real world.
