    I don't think 5 mil is in doubt. But I also don't think the 5 mil will help the price much. Happy to be wrong, but imo, if they can't get 5 mil together we will b under 20. The market has clearly spoken on how it feels about this deal, I expect price movements on positives to be treated very tentatively and negatives to be exaggerated.
