    Perhaps it was a "shell be right" kinda moment. Like the line GJ heard from CDB reported to the media that " China will be funding this deal', bet he didn't expect to be double crossed so badly when the bid was lowered. LOL

    Should have been a bit more cautious instead of being all buddy buddy with his Chinese friends.
