I think the 100K buy was probably from the same trader who's been accumulating for weeks, selling down in the hopes of buying low.
If it was, then the 100K buy was a sign that genuine sellers are drying up, and the 100K buy was necessary to recover his position.
Not a very successful day for him perhaps, but a very bullish sign for RFE :-)
