Sovereign wealth fund (SWF) will start buying at some point, it's only a matter of when.
When they start the market will turn. It could be tonight, next week or next month, but it will happen, then everyone will ask what happened to $24.
I have had so many people tell me BHP is going to $24, so you can almost guarantee that it won't get anywhere near.
